Understanding 'My Favourites'

(Members only - membership is free to all members)

If you have locations that you visit on a regular basis, you may wish to mark them as ‘favourites’. If you choose to do this then you can select whether you wish to receive email updates each time any details change for those locations.

Each time you use Direct Enquiries you can bypass the need for a new search and skip straight to your list of favourites to see which details have changed and how this may affect you.

If you have not chosen to receive email updates and you wish to enable this feature then you can do so at any time by ‘amending your registration’.

To do this, sign into Direct Enquiries and click the ‘Amend Registration’ link at the bottom of the home page and change the radio button asking if you wish to receive email updates.

Alternatively, if you are logged in and viewing your list of favourites you can enable or disable email alerts in an area at the top of the page.

To view your favourites, login to Direct Enquiries and click the ‘Favourites’ link in the bottom navigation area on the home page.

Adding a favourite to your list:

To add a favourite to your list, simply click the ‘Add to My Favourites’ link on the search results page. (NB: You must be logged in to add favourites to your list)

Removing favourites from your list:

To remove a favourite from your list, simply click the ‘Remove from My Favourites’ link in the relevant business’ details on the search results page. (NB: You must be logged in to remove favourites from your list)

Please note that the feedback feature is only available to registered members and you must be logged into Direct Enquiries beforehand.
